What is OtoWash?
OtoWash is the Philippines’ leading car care services booking app. We make it easy for you to find, book, and pay for trusted car wash and auto detailing services—anytime, anywhere.

Getting Started

How do I download the OtoWash Shop app?
OtoWash Shop is live on Google Play today — search “OtoWash Shop” or scan the QR code on our Download page.

Is OtoWash available in my area?
OtoWash is currently available in Metro Manila but we are expanding nationwide! After you enter your location in the app, you’ll see available car wash partners near you. If there aren’t any yet, stay tuned—we’re adding new locations every week.

Do I need to create an account to book?
Yes, a free account is required to register your shop and start managing your business. Signing up is quick and easy—just use your email and/or mobile number.

Creating a Shop

How to add my Services?

  1. Open your OtoWash Shop app.
  2. Choose Services to open your shop list.
  3. Tap on the + button.
  4. Fill up the services details form the tap on Save button to finish.
  5. That’s it!. Your services offerings should appear on the shop list screen.

How to add my Workers?

  1. Open your OtoWash Shop app.
  2. Choose Workers to open your shop list.
  3. Tap on the + button.
  4. Fill up the workers details form the tap on Save button to finish.
  5. That’s it!. Your workers should appear on the shop list screen.

How to add my Shop?

  1. Open your OtoWash Shop app.
  2. Choose Shops to open your shop list.
  3. Tap on the + button.
  4. Fill up the shop details, services and workers. Once done, tap on Save button to finish.
  5. That’s it!. Your Shop should appear on the shop list screen.
Managing Your Bookings

How do I check my upcoming and past bookings?
Go to the Bookings menu in the app to see all your appointments, payment status, and history. You will also check your Notifications for any booking status changes.

Account & Support

How do I update my profile or change my password?
Go to “Edit Profile” in the app to edit your information, change your password, or update your profile details.

I forgot my password—how do I reset it?
Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions. You will receive an OTP via email your registered email. You will need the OTP to proceed with the password reset.
