What is OtoWash?
OtoWash is the Philippines’ leading car care services booking app. We make it easy for you to find, book, and pay for trusted car wash and auto detailing services—anytime, anywhere.
Getting Started
How do I download the OtoWash app?
The OtoWash app for car owners is launching on Google Play soon, with iOS to follow. The OtoWash Shop app for car-care providers is live on Google Play today — see our Download page for both.
Is OtoWash available in my area?
OtoWash is currently available in Metro Manila but we are expanding nationwide! After you enter your location in the app, you’ll see available car wash partners near you. If there aren’t any yet, stay tuned—we’re adding new locations every week.
Do I need to create an account to book?
Yes, a free account is required to book, track, and pay for services. Signing up is quick and easy—just use your email and/or mobile number.
Booking a Service
How do I book a car wash slot?
- Open the OtoWash app and search for nearest shop with a vacant slot.
- Choose a Service (wash, detailing, wrapping, etc.).
- Pick a date and/or time slot that fits your schedule.
- Confirm your booking—done! You’ll get real-time updates and reminders.
Can I choose the specific service I want?
Absolutely! You can select and even combine various services via All Services section (exterior, interior, full service, engine wash, etc.), add-ons, and even choose the size/type of your vehicle for accurate pricing.
Can I request for special instructions (e.g., pet hair removal, child seat cleaning)?
Yes! There’s a Notes section before confirming your booking. Type any special requests and our partner shop will be notified.
Payment & Pricing
How much does a car wash cost?
Prices vary by shop, service type, and vehicle size. You’ll always see the price upfront before booking—no hidden fees.
What payment methods are accepted?

Is it safe to pay through OtoWash?
You always see the exact ₱ price upfront and pay the shop directly — cash today, with GCash, cards and more e-wallets rolling out. Every booking gets a digital receipt. Check our Privacy Policy for more details on how we process and secure your information.
Managing Your Bookings
How do I check my upcoming and past bookings?
Go to the OtoWash > Booking List section in the app to see all your appointments, payment status, and history. You will also check your Notifications for any booking status changes.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes! Just tap your booking and choose Reschedule or Cancel. Please check if your booking is within the allowed cancellation period. Please read our platform’s Terms and Conditions for reschedule and cancellation policy.
What if the shop rejects or changes my booking?
You’ll receive a real-time notification and can rebook or choose another shop with no extra charges.
What if I’m running late for my appointment?
Contact the shop directly via the app’s chat feature, or reschedule if needed. Some shops may have a grace period.
During Your Appointment
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
You’ll see a confirmation screen and get an in-app notification and email. You can also track the status of your booking in real time.
Can I track the progress of my service?
Yes! The app updates you about the booking status (e.g., “In Progress”, “Finished”). You’ll receive updates as your car is being serviced.
What if I want to change my service or add something during my appointment?
Ask the shop staff when you arrive, or use the app’s chat to request changes. Additional charges (if any) will be shown in your updated booking summary.
After Your Appointment
How do I leave a review or rating?
After your booking, you’ll be prompted to rate your experience and leave feedback. Objective and honest reviews help improve the shop’s service quality!
Can I get a receipt or proof of service?
Yes, a digital receipt will be available in your booking history. Please note that the digital receipts are just summary of all booking and payment info and not a valid document for tax purposes.
Account & Support
How do I update my profile or change my password?
Go to “My Profile” in the app to edit your information, change your password, or update your profile details.
Go to “My Vehicles” in the app to add or update your vehicle list and details.
Go to “My Address” in the app to edit your service location information.
I forgot my password—how do I reset it?
Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions. You will receive an OTP via email your registered email. You will need the OTP to proceed with the password reset.

Safety, Security & Trust
Are all car wash partners verified?
Yes! All OtoWash partners go through strict quality checks, including business verification and customer review screening.
Is my personal information safe with OtoWash?
Absolutely. We follow strict privacy standards. Your info will never be shared without your consent.
Troubleshooting
The app is not working or keeps crashing—what do I do?
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Make sure you have the latest version installed
- Restart your mobile device

Can I book for someone else (e.g., family member or friend)?
Yes, just enter their vehicle details and contact number during booking.
Is OtoWash available for motorcycles and larger vehicles?
Yes! Select your vehicle size based on vehicle types (car, SUV, van, motorcycle, etc.) for tailored services and pricing.
